Now that the financial year has ended, as a testament to the high demand for Seratec's innovative workflow job management solutions, Seratec recorded 295% sales growth over the previous year.

It is apparent that the significant financial investment into Seratec's software technology is paying dividends to customers and Seratec alike. Seratec has this month won a tender with one of Australia's largest organisations to provide a job management system.

This win highlights the versatility and strength of the Seratec solution as it competed with some of the largest global names in software solutions and came up the winner.

Time to Exchange

 

 

This month, Seratec has signed a new corporate customer who needed a powerful project management system to help them manage a large number of intensive and high value telephone exchange upgrades.

The customer could have chosen and afforded any one of the biggest global names in software, but on careful analysis, they chose Seratec.

Apparently, the Seratec solution was not only very well suited to the situation, but super fast implementation and affordable price helped make it an easy decision. Consequently the customer made their decision in a matter of days after seeing the Seratec solution.

South Australian Telecommunications specialist Customtel are soon to join the ranks of Seratec customers. As an approved Telstra reseller they are acutely aware of the mobile applications in the market, and have just selected Seratec Central to streamline their own internal  field service operations.

Apparently, they were so impressed with the technology that they now plan to resell the solution.

Seratec gets HEALTH'Y

 

 

Seratec has been awarded a contract to supply three Victorian hospitals with a mobile work management system. The solution will streamline the ad-hoc ordering of support services, making the process faster and easier for both medical and support staff. Management will gain a significantly improved visibility of all aspect of performance and usage.

Seratec announces the release of the fully hosted Central application suite for a wide range of industry types so that smaller companies do not have to provide their own in-house server.

Fieldforce Services order Central system for Brisbane

 

 

Seratec won a second site deployment for Seratec Central for approximately 50 field staff with  Fieldforce Services Brisbane office following Fieldforce wining a $22.5M deal with Brisbane Water.

Fieldforce already uses a Seratec solution for 50+ Sydney plumbers after Fieldforce won a similar tender with Sydney Water in 2005. Seratec Central was a key ingredient in the tender solution.
